FAQ

COVID-19 POLICY

Vinyl Music Hall does not require proof of vaccination or a negative test unless an artist has required it for their show. This is subject to change at any time. Please check the individual show listing to make sure the artist’s policy doesn’t differ from ours. Masking is strongly encouraged in crowded indoor spaces.

How do I buy tickets?

ONLINE

Tickets can be purchased through www.vinylmusichall.com and SeeTickets.US. Tickets purchased on third party websites (StubHub, VividSeats, etc) are likely scalpers and may not be valid at the door. Use caution when buying tickets anywhere but the Vinyl Music Hall website and SeeTickets.US.

IN PERSON

Vinyl Music Hall Box Office Hours: Open every Friday from noon to 5:30 p.m. and on event days starting an hour before posted door times.

Any tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling can be canceled at the discretion of Vinyl Music Hall/See Tickets.

I am buying a ticket to your show from someone else, how do I know that the ticket is legitimate?

You do not. If you purchase from a third party we cannot verify your tickets nor help you if your ticket does not scan, is fake, etc. When you purchase from a third party you do so at your own risk. ALL tickets are scanned at the door. Each barcode will only scan once – once it’s been scanned by our door staff, it won’t work again, so be careful!

I can no longer attend the show. Can I get a refund for my tickets?

We can’t refund tickets unless a show is canceled. Tickets remain valid for postponed and/or rescheduled shows.

What is your capacity?

Our sellable capacity is 850.

Do you provide seating?

Most shows are standing room only.  However, some shows are designated as partially or fully seated shows. For those shows, all seats are first come / first served for ticket holders that have purchased a seated ticket.

Can I leave and come back during a show?

Re-entry is not permitted for ticketed events. Please note we have a smoking deck accessible from within the club.

What kind of ID do I need to drink at Vinyl Music Hall

You must be at least 21 years of age and have one of the following with you: Any State Driver’s License, Military ID, Passport or US Passport Card, State-Issued ID Card. Vinyl Music Hall reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or underage.

Do I have to be 21 and over to be admitted? What does All Ages mean?

First, check the age restrictions on the show listing. If a show is listed as ALL AGES, a person under 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed, adult guardian.

Children under 3 are free and do not need a ticket, though we do not recommend bringing the little ones to the club.

There is a $5 cash surcharge at the door for under 21.

Where can I find parking?

We do not have our own parking lot. However, like other downtown businesses, we rely on-street parking and paid parking lots. DO NOT park in spaces that are marked as tow-away zones. You WILL be towed.

HOURS OF PAID PARKING ENFORCEMENT:

For on-street parking, hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. OR 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday–Saturday depending on which zone you are in. The PARKPensacola app will show you via GPS all of the options nearest to you including hours and rates so you can pick the one you want.

Parking can also be found behind the venue at the Jefferson Street Parking Garage located at 53 S Jefferson St, Pensacola, FL 32502.

Where can we smoke?

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Vinyl Music Hall. We have a smoking deck accessible from within the venue.

I left without closing my tab!

That’s okay! We close all tabs at the end of the night. If you don’t come up to the bar to close your tab, a 20% gratuity will be added.

I am in a wheelchair or have special needs. Can you accommodate?

We always do everything we can to make sure that every guest we have is comfortable and gets to enjoy a great night of live music! Our building is ADA compliant.

If you are in need of additional accessibility regarding seating or wheelchair access, please contact us here in advance of the show so we may best accommodate your needs.

What is your photo policy?

Venue policy allows use of cell phones and small handheld digtal cameras. We do not allow cameras with zoom or detachable lenses. However, that may differ from the band’s policy and the band’s policy wins. Almost every band is ok with small digital cameras or point and shoots. Almost no band is ok with professional grade photographers without prior approval.

What items are not allowed inside the venue?

Obviously no weapons (including mace/pepper spray and Swiss army knives) or items that can be perceived as weapons (including clothing, i.e. spikes) are allowed inside the venue.

Outside food and liquids are not allowed.

Backpacks, oversized bags, iPads, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks… not allowed.

We do not have a coat check nor will we hold any items for you. Leave these items at home or in your car.

We have the right to refuse admission or ask you to leave if you try to bring any of these items inside the venue.

I have a band! How do I book a gig at Vinyl Music Hall?

Please send a detailed email via our website. Booking requests are not accepted over the phone or at the club directly. Go to the contact tab located at the top of our site, fill out the form with your info and in the body of the email please give the following info:

  • Name of band/artist
  • Date range you are wanting to play
  • Links to your bands music and social media pages
  • Local show history (where, when and individual draw)

Please be patient and allow four to six weeks before following up with an email. Our booking department gets many emails every day and will only respond to emails that are specific and detailed.

What time does the band start? Will they really go on at the posted time?

Door times and the time the band starts (aka the ‘show time’) are listed for each event on our website. Our shows generally run on time as posted. Set times are always subject to change, but more often than not, they will run as posted.

What time is the show over?

The show will be over once the last band has finished playing and all the patrons have left (typically, this is around 12am, but it will vary depending on what time the doors open, what time the last band goes on stage…and how many people want just one more drink!).

What is the earliest I can come into the venue? What is the time listed on my ticket?

The earliest time you will be allowed into the venue is when the doors open, which is the time that is printed on your ticket. If your tickets are at will call, you can also find the door time on the event detail page.

I’m on the guest list. How do I get in?

Go to will call and present a valid picture ID for admittance. No ID = no admission. No exceptions.

Do you serve food?

Vinyl Music Hall does not serve food.

What forms of payment are accepted at the bar?

Cash, VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted at the bar.

I’m a photographer/blogger. How do I get a photo/press pass? Can you give me publicist/label info?

Please contact the artist you would like to photograph about getting a photo pass for their show here. Vinyl Music Hall cannot grant photo passes – as it is the artist’s decision as to who they want photographing them. Same for press passes, please contact the artist’s label or publicist for this. Unfortunately, we cannot give you this contact information.

Ticket limit? What does that mean?

The maximum number of tickets available per purchase for each event is the maximum number permitted per customer. Your name, credit card, address, and email address will be verified. See Tickets and Vinyl Music Hall reserve the right to cancel any orders in excess of the stated ticket limit.
